  My best friend had an appointment made for today and the manager wasn't around who, I was told, was amazing. Without anyone anyone watching them, the 4 employees sat at their desk eating, chatting, and watching videos. Not helping at all. They greeted us, forgot the dresses that were picked out the day before, and never offered their assistance. I had to help my friend in and out of her dresses. The last few minutes of our appointment they stood quietly by without any helpful advice. They did get down a veil she wished to try on after we were fumbling with it. Customer service was absolutely worthless. My friend ended up finding THE dress so we can be thankful for their store product.
